Step 1

MIX first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Make sure it's a big enough bowl so you don't need to switch to another bowl like me

Step 2

Melt white chocolate with kisses and vegetable oil. I did this in microwave in 30 sec increments.

Step 3

Pour over. Mix well.

Step 4

Distribute to parchment paper in thin line to let set. You can add additional toppings here if you would like! This is just a base recipe. Feel free to change it up with what you love!
