Ingredients

2 cans (11 oz each) refrigerated Pillsbury Original French Bread

¼ c everything bagel seasoning

1 pound bacon, cooked until crispy

10 large eggs

¾ cup milk (whole or 2%)
Salt and pepper to taste

8 - 10 slices American cheese

Sriracha mayo or whatever condiment you like on your bagel!

Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F. Spray a 12-cup Bundt pan with cooking spray.
Step 2
Add everything bagel seasoning to a shallow dish.
Step 3
Remove both doughs from the can and roll the outside of the dough, except for the ends, in the seasoning.
Step 4
Place in a bundt pan and pinch both ends of the two dough pieces firmly together to seal into one large ring within the bundt pan.
Step 5
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the dough ring is golden brown and cooked through.
Step 6
Towards the last 10 minutes of cooking, cook your bacon and eggs. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined and cook until scrambled

Remove the bundt pan from the oven. Let the bagel cool slightly in the pan for about 5 minutes. Then, carefully remove the giant bagel ring from the pan and place it on a large cutting board.
Step 8
Using a serrated knife, carefully slice the giant bagel horizontally
Step 9
Place the bottom bagel on a baking sheet. Arrange the American cheese slices over the cut surface. Return it to the oven for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted
Step 10
Take out of the oven and build with eggs and bacon on top of the melted cheese and Sriracha mayo on the inside of the top part of your bagel. Close and cut into pieces and enjoy!
