Ingredients

1 tube Pillsbury Pizza Crust (Classic)

1 ½ cups 3 Cheese Cheddar blend (shredded)

¼ cup Parmesan cheese (grated or shredded)

1 Egg (whisked with 1 tsp water to make an egg wash)
Directions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Step 2
Unroll the Pillsbury pizza dough onto a clean, flat surface. Roll out with a rolling pin. Cut the large dough rectangle lengthwise into 3 equal, long strips.
Step 3
Distribute your shredded 3-cheese cheddar blend evenly down the center of each of the 3 dough strips.
Step 4
Roll the dough up tightly lengthwise (hot-dog style) to form a log, enclosing the cheese entirely. Pinch the long seams and the ends completely and tightly to seal everything inside—this is crucial so your cheese doesn't leak out
Step 5
Take each stuffed dough log and form it into a "U" shape. Twist the two ends around each other once, and fold them down to press into the bottom curve of the "U", creating a classic pretzel shape. Place them onto your prepared baking sheet.
Step 6
Brush the tops of the pretzels generously with the egg wash. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the tops of the egg-washed pretzels to create a toasted, savory crust.
Step 7
Bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes, or until the pretzels are a deep golden brown, puffed up, and the Parmesan on top is beautifully toasted. I check them every 7-8 minutes and turned them in my oven so it browns evenly. If you notice some of it is browning faster than other parts, top it with tin foil and bake for just a few more minutes.
Step 8
Let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes. Serve warm alongside marinara or your favorite dipping sauce.
